Before contacting us please read the following, you might find your answer below.


1. If you just received your DHL tracking code, and DHL tells you the code is not yet in their system, please allow for a couple of days to pass in some cases, before the code becomes available in DHL system. The way it works is, that once your order has been processed, we assign the DHL tracking code at our end, then the package get shiped to DHL, DHL scans the code into their system, at which point the code becomes available in their system.

2. You don’t need to contact us for price inquiries, you can easily find out the prices for any part you want, assuming you know the part number, by using the search function available for all our visitors.

3. If 4-7 days have passed and your order hasn’t arrived yet, please consider that 4-7 days delivery time is an estimate, delivery to some countries can take longer than 4-7 days. You should know that usually we process the order on the same day as the payment checks out, and the tracking number is assigned the same day or the next day depending on the hour at which the order has been placed, after that it’s all up to DHL.

4. All the parts we sell are Original car parts, they come in their original packaging, they are delivered to you from Germany.

5. If your local dealer told you that the part you require has been discontinued and cannot be delivered, then it is a pretty safe bet that we can’t deliver that part either. However if your local dealer doesn’t give you a reason for not being able to sell you the part you require, contact us, and we’ll look into the availability for that part and get back to you as soon as possible.

World wide delivery.
We use DHL - German Post to deliver most of your orders world wide. Delivery fees start from 4.6 EUR. If you can’t find your country in our list, contact us and we will update our list.

Delivery usually takes between 5-7 days for Europe (Cyprus in not considered Europe), 7 days for Romania, 15+ days for the rest of the world.
